💵
Without Proof: $25.00 - $150.00. With Proof: Up to $150,000

Recently, a $6,375,000 class action settlement involving Midwestern Pet Foods has been announced. Allegations were raised that this company sold pet food contaminated with dangerous bacteria, potentially resulting in illness and even death in pets.

While Midwestern Pet Foods has agreed to the settlement, it's vital to remember that the Court did not determine any wrongdoing. This settlement isn't about pointing fingers, but rather about seeking justice for our pets who suffered and ensuring such incidents dont happen again.

Furthermore, the settlement provides for fully documented pet injury claims to be reimbursed in full, up to $150,000. This isn't just about money. It's about acknowledging the pain and suffering endured by our pets, recognizing our rights as consumers, and demanding better from those who feed our beloved animals.
