☕Keurig K Cup 10 Million Dollar Class Action Lawsuit Settlement
If you've purchased Keurig K-Cups in the last decade, you may be eligible for a refund. This settlement results from a new class action lawsuit regarding the labeling and advertising of K Cup® single serve coffee pods labeled as recyclable.
Keurig has agreed to settle out of court but has not admitted to any wrongdoing. Additionally, as a result of the class action, the court has not decided whether anyone, in this case, is wrong or right.
Class members can get $5 with no proof and up to $36 with proof of purchase in a class action settlement that has been reached with Keurig.
If you decide to receive the Cash Payment and do not have any proof of purchase, such as receipts, you may be eligible to receive $5 per Household.
If you decide to receive the Cash Payment and have proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order form, you are eligible to receive $3.50 per 100 pods purchased. The maximum Cash Payment is $36 per Household, and the minimum total payment is $6 if you have proof of purchase for your purchases.
A class action lawsuit has been settled, and Keurig has agreed to give back $5 to anyone who spends $20 or more on their products, with no proof of purchase necessary. If you have proof of purchase, you could be eligible for up to $36.
You are a class action member and are eligible for this if :
• You purchased K Cup® single-serving coffee pods that were labeled as recyclable
• During June 8, 2016, through August 8, 2022.
• For personal, family, or household use, not for resale
