Assassination is the extreme form of censorship. George Bernard Shaw
We condemn the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Unfortunately, one audience member was reported dead last night and two others were critically injured. We pray for them and their loved ones.

It was not just Trump but America that was under attack. It was an assassination attempt targeting Trump, every Trump supporter, and any American who opposes the extremism and falsehoods of the far left. It revealed a failure on the part of the Secret Service, FBI, and every law enforcement agency plagued by division, DEI, and identity politics.

They branded him an illegitimate president.

They painted him as a threat to democracy, a force that had to be neutralized.

They unleashed a legion of operatives to probe into his life, raided his sanctuary, and shattered historical norms by indicting him.

They rigged a trial in their bid to lock him away. Their lawfare and activists battled to keep him off the ballots in a dozen blue states, all in the name of defending democracy.

They called him un-American and worse. They're still trying to bankrupt him and seize his empire.

And now, they've taken their shot.

In that defining moment, Trump emerged as a true warrior. Standing proudly before the backdrop of the American flag, blood streaking his face, he raised his fist and defiantly declared, "Fight! Fight! Fight!" This display validated the unwavering faith of millions of supporters in his leadership.

This pivotal moment likely won him the election.

It occurred on the eve of the Republican convention's opening, where his triumphant return from political obscurity would be cemented as he accepted the party's presidential nomination for an unprecedented third time.

Recent polls indicate a substantial lead for him in crucial swing states, including Pennsylvania. Conversations within both campaigns now focus more on the magnitude of his anticipated victory rather than whether he will prevail.

Trump was in great spirits—he always is at rallies like these. He loves the people, and they look forward to him being president.

The shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20-year-old, was a registered Republican and donated to Democrat-aligned ActBlue on Biden's inauguration day.

He also had explosive devices in his car that he drove to the Trump rally, according to the Wall Street Journal. Police say they were tipped off of suspicious packages near the suspect.

His father, who spoke with CNN, says he is trying to find out "what the h*ll is going on" and is going to "wait until I talk to law enforcement" to say more.

A former classmate said: "He didn’t seem like really weird or anything. I would have pegged him as a Republican." "He was more of a loner. He probably had a friend group, but not many friends," they added. Crooks was wearing a shirt from Demolition Ranch, a gun YouTube channel.

"Police received multiple reports of suspicious packages around near where the shooter was, authorities said, prompting them to dispatch bomb technicians," the WSJ reported.

"Investigators were still working to ensure the scene was clear well into the night. They also searched Crooks’s home and spoke with his family." The FBI still says there is no apparent motive.

What is very apparent is a failure of the Secret Service and law enforcement.

Secret Service agents
7Secret Service agents have taken heat over the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump — both for allowing the attack to happen and their response in the immediate aftermath. AP

Was Secret Service director Kim Cheatle more focused on DEI hires than on doing her job? Was the Biden administration more focused on jailing their opponent and denying Trump extra Secret Service security? Critics have claimed Trump, was denied the protection he needed at the rally, which took place on the grounds of the Butler Farm Show outside Pittsburgh on Saturday evening.

“There have been repeated requests to increase the security footprint around not just the residences of Donald Trump but the body itself. And they have been rebuffed,” said Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent and pro-Trump commentator, to Fox News.

Internet users have also highlighted a video of Secret Service agents who appeared to struggle to holster their weapons as Trump was being bundled into an SUV and whisked to the hospital.

Further, law-enforcement sources shared that the Secret Service's decision to move Trump off by the side of the stage instead of the rear would have left him vulnerable to a potential second shooter.

“The evacuation did not go right,” Bongino said in a Fox interview.

A would-be assassin unleashed a barrage of up to eight shots at former President Donald Trump, striking from a conspicuous vantage point with unobstructed views, prompting a distraught nation to question: How did the Secret Service allow this breach?

Calls for accountability are intensifying against Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to explain the security lapse during the attack on the GOP presidential candidate. Meanwhile, security analysts are scrutinizing the operational decisions of federal agents in their scramble to safeguard Trump.

In New York, when Trump attends events, the NYPD ensures his protection mirrors that of President Biden, with secured sight lines to prevent sniper threats.

Authorities reported that Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, crawled onto a nearby building's roof, positioning himself within a 130-yard rifle range of Trump. He opened fire but was swiftly neutralized by Secret Service snipers moments later.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has announced plans to summon Cheatle to a hearing on July 22, highlighting the urgency of addressing the disturbing security failure.

I will not even go today to see how the different media and corrupt politicians have handled this. If you have a few minutes, I recommend AYAAN HIRSI ALI take on it. If some 20-year-old can get this close to the President, imagine what Hamasnicks or Putin's goons can do!!
